QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
We Do Not Leave You Guessing. Every Question Here Has a Direct, Honest Answer.
Services
Our model is built around ongoing advisory partnerships. We do offer the Compliance Foundation tier for simpler situations, which includes annual tax preparation. However, all engagements begin with a Tax Optimization Session, and we require at minimum an annual planning review as part of every client relationship. If you are seeking a transactional, one-time filing relationship, we are not the right fit.
Yes. Our in-house bookkeeping team provides monthly reconciliations, income/expense categorization, financial reports, and direct coordination with your tax advisor. Accurate, real-time books are the prerequisite for accurate tax strategy — this is why we keep bookkeeping integrated rather than outsourcing it to a disconnected vendor.
We partner with ADP and Paychex for payroll delivery and provide advisory support around setup, structure, tax payment coordination, retirement and benefits options, and quarterly/year-end reporting. Payroll is integrated with your bookkeeping and tax position — not managed in a separate silo.
Yes. Entity and compensation optimization is part of the Proactive Tax Management and Strategic Partner tiers. These decisions have long-term compounding implications and should be modeled before implementation — which is exactly what we do.
Pricing
Our three engagement tiers are priced as follows: Compliance Foundation ($1,500–$3,000/year), Proactive Tax Management ($3,000–$7,000/year, our most common tier), and Strategic Partner/VIP ($8,000+/year). The right tier depends on the complexity of your situation and the depth of advisory support required — which is determined through the Strategic Fit Call.
Because complexity varies significantly. A service business owner with a single entity and straightforward income has different advisory needs than an entrepreneur with multiple entities, complex compensation structures, and exit planning considerations. The Fit Call — which is complimentary — lets us assess your situation accurately and recommend the right level of engagement, not just a number.
No. Our pricing reflects complexity and advisory depth, not negotiation. We structure engagements at levels that allow us to deliver the depth of service our clients deserve. Clients who are primarily focused on minimizing fees are likely better served by a different firm.
Getting Started
The Fit Call is 30 minutes. We’ll ask about your business, income complexity, current advisory setup, and what’s prompting you to consider a change. We’ll share how our model works and give you an honest assessment of whether we’re the right fit for your situation. There’s no sales pressure and no commitment required.
Nothing required for the Fit Call — just your time and a clear sense of what’s prompting you to look for something different. If we determine there’s a fit and proceed to a Tax Optimization Session, we’ll ask for your last two years of returns and basic financial information at that stage.
Use the contact form or phone number below to request a Strategic Fit Call. We’ll schedule 30 minutes, assess your situation, and give you a clear recommendation. That’s the only first step.
